We transformed traditional turned work into two dimensions
The Reiet (Little King) chair for the Me Too children's collection by Magis uses a composition code typical of carpentry with embedded work, a traditional, basic language. The shape of the legs pays homage to turned woodwork, but transformed into two dimensions. The back of the chair has a gap so that children can grab onto it conveniently and which also gives it added character. It uses 2.5-cm thick solid wood, which makes it very robust. The table comes in two versions, square and round, and includes a white top in a resistant material that is easy to clean, particularly designed to use in play schools or public areas.
