The commission from the Japanese company Yamakawa was for a terrace chair, made in polypropylene, in various colours, which could be stacked and with a simple but personal language. The result is a piece that can be easily interpreted and which has distinctive features: its geometric gaps, which are not symmetrical, project an interesting shadow when light filters through them and keeps users cool in the heat. An easy, resistant, fresh, washable, easy to handle, comfortable, attractive, well-behaved chair.
